1. Instant Digital Nature of Products

All products on BodyDecode.site are delivered as immediate, downloadable digital files (PDF guides, fillable templates, and reference sheets). Because digital files cannot be physically returned once downloaded, our refund criteria are outlined below.

2. 7-Day Technical Satisfaction Guarantee

We provide a full refund within 7 days of purchase under the following circumstances:

• The downloaded digital file is corrupt, unreadable, or defective.
• The content delivered fundamentally deviates from the curriculum modules described on the public sales page.
• You were accidentally billed more than once due to a network or payment gateway timeout.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind after successfully downloading and consuming all course materials.
• Failure to achieve personal fitness or health outcomes (as physiological responses vary individually and no specific physical changes are guaranteed).
• Requests submitted beyond the 7-day post-purchase window.

4. How to Request a Refund
