Digital Delivery & Purchases
How quickly do I receive my guides after purchase?
Delivery is immediate. As soon as your payment is processed by Razorpay, the order confirmation page provides an encrypted on-screen download button. An email with your signed download link is also dispatched automatically.
What file format will I receive?
All files are universal, high-resolution PDFs. Worksheets and planners are provided as fillable interactive PDFs (compatible with Adobe Acrobat Reader, Apple Books, and Google Drive) along with printer-friendly high-contrast editions.
Are there any recurring subscriptions or hidden rebilling?
No. All purchases on BodyDecode are strictly one-time payments in Indian Rupees (INR). You will never be enrolled in recurring monthly subscriptions.

Can BodyDecode replace my doctor or physical therapist?
No, absolutely not. BodyDecode publishes educational wellness and body-literacy materials. We do not provide clinical medical diagnosis, treatment, or individualized medical prescriptions. Always consult a qualified medical professional for health conditions.
Does BodyDecode make promises about weight loss or physique transformation?
